DIALOGUE

M: Good morning ladies and gentlemen, today we have 3 special guests here in UNALSPORTS TV.
Sara is a well know player of tennis, she is one of the first 100 best players in the world.
Diana is a basketball player, she plays in an NBA team in the united states, and Sebastian who plays in a European soccer team.

-(everybody salutes)-

M: Diana, tell us how did you do to be where you are?

D: Since I was a child, my dad used to take me to watch the games of basket, and he also taught me everything I know today. I used to train every day in the park with my dad, and when I was 6 years old, my dad joined me in a girls team where we won the championship.
When I was 17, while I played a tournament, a couch of one professional north American team of basket saw me and decide to take me with him to play in a professional team, and here I am.

M: Sebastian, tell us your story.

S: Since I was a child I have always been with a ball on my feet, I have loved this sport all my life and thank god I had the chance to be taken to Europe to play soccer in a professional team.
Everything started when I was a child, I used to go to the trainings of the older guys to play with them, when the couch had the chance to put me in a competitive team for 15 years old boys when I was just 10, a sir offered me play in a better team of Medellin where I played until I was 16 years old.
after that I played in a professional Colombian team and when the world finals saw me play, a professional European team bought me.

M: Sara and what about you?

Sa: My story was a little different than the other stories, I started to train when I was 15 when my boyfriend taught me how to play, he was my first couch, since this moment my passion  for tennis was born.
I stopped studying just for training, I let everything out for tennis.
2 years latter I won my first championship, this year I also won challenger in Medellin and the Colombian tennis federation started giving me support, and today I am the number 1 in Colombia and top 100 in the entire world.

M: Who was your inspiration and why?

D: My inspiration was Michael Jordan, I saw the way he used to play, his story is something amazing, he stoped playing basket to play baseball but he didn’t do well playing baseball, he went back to play basket, after that he turns into the best player in history.

Sa: Actually my boyfriend, because I watched his easy way to play but my propose was to be better than him, and now always won 6-0 6-0.

M: And what about you Sebastian?

S: my inspiration was my dad, he was a really good player, he knows how to lose and win, for me he always was big, and when I looked to him I thought that’s how I want to be some day, but now he wants to play like me. (hahahaha)

M: Well that’s it for today, I hope everybody enjoyed this interview, any different story like the other one, ones with fun, the others not that fun but everyone with something in common, the love for the sport and clean game.
Thank you all for watching the show. I will see you next episode bye bye.

  3. Apropos of sports I found this reflection.... I think it is very true.

"What makes you win is wanting to win and wanting to do everything it touches for win.
Want to work when you don´t want it; know to put up in difficult times thinking that they will change, be stubborn enough for think that things will be okay, when it not have success to the first neither tenth; that the mind is prepared to take the challenges , in order to overcome them. Undoubtedly. All the winners have that. "
